As a fast-growing and well-funded startup company, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IC designer in the field of power electronics to join our dynamic engineering team. The idea candidate needs to be a team player and will be responsible for the development of integrated circuits for switching power supplies. Responsibilities include both individual hands-on design and project management. Your tasks involve but are not limited to circuit design, simulation, layout supervision, verification, product debugging and characterization, ATE to bench correlation, documentation and assisting test and product engineers with taking IC’s to production
Experience:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience designing analog and mixed signal Integrated Circuits preferably in the field of high voltage AC/DC switching power supply
· In-depth understanding of analog circuit blocks and device physics
· Design experience in BCD/HVCMOS processes
· Working knowledge of Cadence simulation tools and ability to run mixed-mode simulations
· Familiarity with Verilog
· Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in specification creation, technical report writing and test plans / instructions.
