Experience：
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in SMPS system design
· Deep understanding of DC/DC switched mode converter topologies (Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost, Flyback, ACF, Half-Bridge, LLC, Full-Bridge, etc);
· Proficient with SMPS converter modeling and major control methods: Voltage-Mode, Current-Mode, Constant-ON-Time, Constant-Off-Time, and other ripple regulators. Familiar with pros and cons for each control mode;
· Excellent understanding of power semiconductor devices and magnetic design;
· Superb analytical capability. Excellent sensitivity about test/simulation data, and rigorous logic for trouble-shooting;
· Deep understanding about power converter system design and optimization, including component selection, transformer/inductor design, EMI noise reduction
· Proven track record in Power IC definition is a MUST. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the qualification & capability to drive the product development from concept to mass production
· Proficient with simulation tool (Simplis, PSpice, Mathcad, or Saber). Can use simulation toll effectively to verify the concept;
· Deep understanding of the influence of packaging parasitics to power converter system performance
· Excellent written and oral communications
· Digital Power IC definition experience is required
· Prior experience in Multiphase DC/DC or large current PoL with PMBUS is preferred
Responsibilities：
· Self-motivated to orchestrate a platform digital Power IC development from technical side. Seamless collaboration with marketing, analog & digital IC design, application, and field technical support;
· Create the product definition specification for our digital Power IC product;
· Establish the new product architecture, proven by simulation results;
· Streamline features/specifications for each IC function blocks, set the clear target for design team;
· Owner of competitive analysis and technology roadmap;
· Drive and mentor our application engineering team, to build prototype circuit and evaluation board to demonstrate the concept. Drive for game-changing technologies;
· Provide technical support and advice to customers as necessary.
